Passaic County

Passaic County features several important historic sites, including the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park, which played a key role in America’s industrial revolution. Lambert Castle in Paterson, built in 1892, offers stunning architecture and panoramic views, along with exhibits on local history. The Dey Mansion in Wayne is a well-preserved example of colonial architecture and served as General George Washington’s headquarters during the Revolutionary War.
